I was the Food Development Intern at ACH Food Company in Memphis, TN during the Summer of 2009 and 2010. As the Food Development Intern I had several responsibilities. I tested the high fructose free version of Karo Pancake syrup. I also tested the online gluten-free recipes for the ACH website. I was involved in developing a new and easy method to prepare a homemade bread product. I worked on possible variations of recipes for pizzas using the new Fleischmanns pizza crust yeast.
